IAIDQ Asia Pacific Webinars: World Quality Day 2015

Topic:

Sweet dreams IAIDQ!

12 November 2015 is World Quality Day with the theme of Sweet Dreams.

Two years ago IAIDQ embarked on a transformation programme with dreams of a strong and vibrant organisation. Today we are well under way on that journey with some major changes coming in the last six months.

In this webinar Vice President Ken Self explains those changes as a study in applying quality principles.

And in keeping with those principles it is also an opportunity for our most important customers, our members, to have a say in what they want from our association.
