IDQ Webinars: with Frank Block

Topic:

Looking at DQ from a Business Impact Perspective

Abstract:

Data quality in practice is often confused with an IT issue. Its devastating impact on business processes and performance is usually overseen. We adopt a strictly business oriented view to discuss how poor quality data infects an organization almost virally, how to quantify its impacts and bring DQ to the executive's agenda as a strategic roadmap. Real case examples will illustrate the presented methodology.
