About the Author
Having worked with the software and systems providers key to the formulation of Master Data Management (MDM), Kelle O'Neal has played important roles in many of the groundbreaking initiatives that confirm the value of MDM to the enterprise. Recognizing an unmet need for clear guidance and advice on the intricacies of implementing MDM solutions, she founded First San Francisco Partners in early 2007. Under her leadership, First San Francisco Partners immediately established a reputation as the first-call resource for companies looking to tap the value of customer data integration and MDM. Kelle developed her ability to work through organizational complexity, build consensus and drive results in senior roles at companies such as Siperian, GoldenGate Software, Oracle and Siebel Systems. She has worked at the executive level in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Kelle's strong background in customer relationship management, enterprise software, and systems integration enables her to provide expert counsel to any organization seeking to execute an MDM project. Kelle most recently served as General Manager, EMEA for Siperian. She earned her B.A. from Duke University and also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

About the Author
Robin Rappaport is the Data Quality Team Leader responsible for delivery of the Data Quality Initiative for Research Databases at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Her work and that of her team contributed to the IRS being awarded a Computerworld Honor and a Government Computer News (GCN) Gala Award. She has over 25 years of experience as a Data Quality practitioner. Her undergraduate degree was in Economics with Computer Science. Her graduate work was in Operations Research with a concentration in Mathematical Modeling in Information Systems. She has worked in both private (6 years) and public sectors (since June 1990). Her positions include Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, and Operations Research Analyst.
In addition to the International Association for Information & Data Quality (IAIDQ), she is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS). She was Chairman, Individual Membership for the Washington, D.C. chapter from 1987- 1990. She was elected Secretary and served from 1990 - 1991.
She lives in Baltimore, Maryland USA with her husband and their four children. She is also a Girl Scout Leader.
