The Key Principles of Data Quality

The quality of an organization’s data architecture can be judged according to the degree with which certain key principles are followed.  While it is up to each organization to state, as a strategic direction, which principles are important to them, a few examples have been found to yield considerable benefits in practice. These principles are discussed, outlining the possible implications of each in a typical systems environment.
