Mind Your F's and P's
In last month’s column, I (Tom) opined that one or more of “Godfrey’s 4 Fs” — fear, fame, fun, and fortune — are what drive and motivate people. I also noted that “fortune” was far and away the most common motivator for the people I knew who led successful data quality programs.
