Quality Can Get You Sued

In the previous issue of this newsletter, I stated that an organisation owes its stakeholders a legal Duty of Care for the quality of the information it produces. In this article, I provide a quick overview of what that ‘Duty of Care’ might be, and how the legal perspective on these issues aligns well with the perspectives of IQ professionals.
