About the Author
Dr. Christopher Heien IQCP currently holds a position as Data Strategist within the Enterprise Data Management team at Cigna. In this role, Chris works with a wide range of stakeholders to provide strategic and analytic support to realize sustainable, demonstrable, and quantifiable improvements in data management activities.
Prior to joining Cigna, Chris served as data quality analyst for GE Capital's Chief Data Office where he supported evaluation and implementation of vendor tools for data quality measurement and issue management. In addition, Chris served across multiple teams at Citi as data quality and governance analyst with tasks ranging from development of data quality monitoring strategy to execution of Big Data analytics.
Chris holds both a PhD in Information Quality from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and designations of IQCP and CIMP Ex.
